Trollbeads Akron Celebrates Mom!

Do you know when one little thing goes slightly off in your week and then Domino Rally is happening to your weeks plan? That is a small synopsis of the last 2 weeks at my desk! So my Mother’s Day blog post is very ( I mean very) late and I am so sorry if you have been waiting for a little inspiration as to what to get your Momma!

In the past 2 years we have seen a glass release for Mother’s Day that contains roses, and while I am a big fan of those beads, they are limited edition with spotty availability at times, so we are going to talk about some other gifts for mother’s day. Something that I think is very meaningful are birth month flowers, and rather than getting her the month that she was born in, get her the months where she became a mother, or all the months she had children in. Haven’t seen Mom wearing her Trollbeads in a while? Maybe its time to get her something exciting, something she would never get herself. I got my mother this Big Butterfly two Mother’s Days ago and it totally changed the way she looked at her collection. Something else to take into consideration when buying gifts is people have things they are comfortable buying. So why not buy your Mom something she is never going to buy herself? An Emerald? A pendant? Or have you ever seen her wear a necklace? There are several necklace options, and some come in sizes large enough to slip over your head, so if Mom has stopped wearing her bracelets as often as she used to because they are tricky to put on, she can still enjoy her beads. Fantasy Necklaces and Silver Chains can be purchased quite long and the leather necklace, pictured above is a nice way to wear a more casual look with a lighter feel. Another way to expand her Troll horizons is with earrings, purchased set by set these earring are a very fun way to quickly customize any outfit.

All of these are great options, but we cannot forget about beads. There are many beads in the Trollbeads collection that would be perfect for every mother but I make sure to stock up on just a handful right before Mother’s Day. TheMom’s Bouquet is one of my favorite floral beads, I wear this lovely spherical bead often, its a very nice addition to any collection. The Maternity is probably the sweetest bead in the collection- the little baby is just too cute, and now that it comes in all silver you can save yourself quite a bit. I also have a lot of people buying Baby Buggy for new moms or soon to be moms for their first mothers day.
