For our pre-holiday warm up, Trollbeads has released this lovely starter bracelet. In the tradition of recent starter bracelets, this has a small silver bead, a glass bead and lock that can only be found on that starter bracelet. This heart themed bracelet features a purple glass bead that I had alot of fun playing with!

If you are a regular reader of our blog, you may know that the faceted Amethyst is one of my favorite beads to use (especially the dark ones 😉 ), because it goes so well with the purple glass from the From the Heart bracelet. I chose to pair the purple with these honey/amber/yellow beads to add a bright element. I had originally paired these with dark greens as well, but I found the Malachite a bit distracting from the rest of the beads.

I am so happy with the lock on this bracelet! Some of you may remember the Catching Hearts Lock , the last heart themed lock that Trollbeads released. That lock was very hard to use, and though it was pretty, it was one of the few Troll items we have gotten many returns for. So there is finally a great heart themed option, that is not only lovely, but easy to use.
